I originally got my license over twenty-five years ago to help out the family business in Westchester County, NY where I hosted open houses and sold homes to friends and neighbors before making real estate my full time career.

I came to Portland from the NY area in 2010 looking to put down roots and build a life here. I remember  what it was like to be new and the challenges of finding a home and a community. Since that move I have bought a home  in the Laurelhurst/North Tabor area and put my three kids through PPS schools Laurelhurst, Mt. Tabor Middle School and Grant High School. My husband Matt helped renovate our home and build an income producing ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) on our property. I've purchased a duplex in Montavilla that provides a mid term furnished rentals to people transitioning moves and careers. I've learned the Portland market from the inside as a homeowner and investor and helped buyers, sellers and investors put down roots, move into new chapters of their lives and build real estate portfolios.
